Week 4 demos

Your final team build: authority + SEO. 5 min each, 1 learning per person.

5 min each · 1 learning per person
Team 1: Nikoo Beyzaei, Chris Thorne, Daliso, Daniela Perilla
Team 2: Jeff Lash, Michael Krafft, Aviral Gupta, Jocelyn Baun
Team 3: Patricia, Sabrina Abhyankar, Kevin Ko
Team 4: John Dufresne, Ramin Talaie, Dorincy Shen, Arpit

What we learned: 4 builds, 4 muscles

Wk 1Vibecoding for Someone Else. Built for someone else; learned to yes-and a teammate's code instead of "no" or "yes-but."
Wk 2Custom LLM + fine-tuning. Finetuning a custom LLM with Fireworks.ai.
Wk 3Agent-Friendly Websites. The web is hostile to bots; we made our sites agent-friendly with Firecrawl.ai.
Wk 4Be the source the LLMs cite. LLM SEO 101, classic page/domain authority (DA).

Tools changed every single week. The reps and the team are what stuck.

Pick your team. Pick your build.

Choose your own team (solo or up to 4). Lock it by the end of class today, so Thursday is pure build. One rule: never build alone.

EXTEND: take your Week 4 project to demo-ready.
REMIX: build on the coolest thing you saw a teammate make.
GREENFIELD: start fresh on something you'd love to show family.
Thursday you build · Friday you demo

Thursday · Class 10

  1. Build day + dry-run.

Friday · Demo Day

  1. Show your people what you made: the capstone, one thing you'll be proud to show friends and family.

Demo guardrails

  1. One demoable thing: scoped to finish, not to impress.
  2. It runs live: keep a recorded fallback if the demo gods are cruel.
  3. Show working AI: not slides about AI, the real thing doing the thing.
  4. 3-min demo + 1-min Q: tight. rehearsed.
  5. Dry-run before you leave Thursday: non-negotiable.
